Thanks to Lupine for sponsoring this video I’ve been reviewing many AI apps recently but today I thought I’d focus on the ones that save you lots of time and help you get more things done okay the first one is budding I came across this app only recently but I can see it could be a part of everybody’s toolkit it’s essentially like an automation tool like Tapia but with AI we all have boring tasks we have to do repeatedly and creating automation for these tasks has been a time consuming and could be difficult but thanks to AI it’s much easier now even if you don’t have any experience before budding is a current extension and you can start making automation workloads instantly there are lots of pre-made automation too which you can install with just in one click which is one thing.
I really like about this app but it might not have what you’re looking for in that case you can create your own and this is the best thing about budding you can now just describe what automation you want to make and AI will automatically create it for you so let’s say I want to summarize the current web page and the sender summary to notion I can just describe this process and let AI build it for me and it looks decent and here I can even change which database the summary will be added and other things too and then all I need to do is deploy the automation this is probably the easiest automation building experience I’ve ever had it’s actually really fun so I made a few on my own.
And triggering these automations is easy too you can open your dashboard with a keyboard shortcut and choose the one you want to run so let’s try the one we just built I can let AI summarize this article and send it to notion with just a few clicks then a minor issue is that some automation can take some time to complete which can be frustrating at times and speaking of problems another thing is that the available apps for automation is still limited since it’s a new app but there are the new ones frequently and already have most of the major ones so I don’t really find it a big issue I’m still doing its free trial but I think I’m going to subscribe it because it’s been really helpful you should try it yourself since there are so many automations that you probably find ones that will help your workloads okay another great time saving tool is grouping which is an AI powered calendar slash meeting app it’s a Chrome extension.
So it’s super easy to install it integrates seamlessly between Chrome Google Calendar Gmail and Google meet it’s such a great tool to stay organized you can see your schedule anywhere by pressing the keyboard shortcut for the extension and also all the tasks you may have and this includes tasks that are assigned by other people too and you can schedule them to any day you like also my favorite feature is that you can save an email as a task by hitting this looping icon this makes it easy to remember which emails you should reply to but what’s more impressive is its meeting features so before joining a meeting you can prepare by writing down agenda what to talk about
And so on also you can see recap from previous meetings so you don’t have to recall what you discussed before and then when you’re in a meeting you can see the notes as well as make new ones but that’s not the best part you can record a meeting and when it’s finished you can ask AI to summarize it for you and the summary is incredibly accurate and useful it’s automatically categorized into action item decision and so on and you can add your notes to it but I always find it extensive enough then you can share the notes to the other people I love this because now you can fully focus on the conversation instead of trying to take meeting notes all the time anyway looping has a lot.
Of other cool features too it’s not just a meeting ad but kind of like an all-in-one productivity app so you should definitely give it a try I leave the link in the description so you can install it right away okay there are lots of AI writing apps now and most of them are you know honestly almost identical but while writing up that I keep using every day is hyper right I talked about it before but I wanted to mention it again because I love it and it’s been saving so many hours every week for me so something I like is that you can get the help of AI on any web page or any writing or note-taking app you have an instant access to their templated library and choose the one you like depending on what you are writing also they have this AI chatbot that you can talk to while writing or browsing the internet you can use this just like you use Chachi BT to ask questions or have it write something for you.
But my favorite is its typo head feature so as you write it suggests what to write next and to me this has been the most useful because sometimes I don’t know what to write next but this little nudge helps me overcome writer’s blog and write faster personally though I also like its email response template I get loads of emails sometimes and this is a Real Time Saver since I just need to write the digital message and AI will rewrite it for me so it sounds polite and respectful also they seem to be launching a massive new update which looks very exciting so I’m looking forward to that too now Chachi PT.
Is very useful in many situations from writing to generating ideas it can help you save a lot of time my favorite app to access jib on mobile is Paul since it opens in just a second and runs super smooth but they are actually a few more good ones too popular C is also getting popular since its response comes with references and also you can save your conversation history as threat and another great one is wavelength it’s actually a messaging app that you can use to talk to your friends you can invite your family friends and co-workers and include AI.
In that chat this means you can talk to AI with other people together which can be helpful when for example planning a trip with them you know you could ask it to make a plan for you and these apps are all great and I probably make a detailed comparison video soon okay on the other hand my favorite app to use ChatGPT.
On laptop is umbra it’s a new app that I started using only a few days ago but it’s awesome.
I’m not going to the details because I’m doing a full review soon but essentially you can start a conversation with Chachi PT with a keyboard shortcut anywhere on your computer I’ve tried a few similar apps, but this one might be the best because of its quick access and the ability to save conversation.
